La Benemérita started the operation last April, when an increase in the number of robberies with force was detected in things in establishments and companies of Las Torres de Cotillas and Sangonera la Seca-Murcia, as well as a considerable number of cases of subtraction of vehicles, many of them abandoned and subsequently burned.

The first investigations allowed to establish the connection between the different crimes and to verify the existence of delinquents with a high degree of professional professionalism after their authorship.

The modus operandi used to develop criminal activity consisted, first of all, in the theft of a vehicle subsequently used to materialize the robberies in order to, in case of being caught, avoid being identified.

Later and with nocturnal, presumably, they entered the establishments and companies using force, usually by breaking doors, windows or even moon landings, to finally remove from the place all the objects they considered valuable, such as computer equipment, mobile phones, televisions and recreational machines and tobacco vending machines.

Their criminal activity culminated in abandoning the vehicles used in the robberies and calcining them, apparently to avoid possible obtaining incriminating evidence.

At the same moment, another vehicle was stolen to travel to his residence and use it in future criminal acts.

In addition to the robberies with force, the now arrested also denoted a violent character, that was made notice in two occasions with the commission of two crimes of attack to agents of the authority.

The second case developed in a similar way to the previous one.

During the commission of a robbery in the town of Pilar de la Horadada, they were surprised and in this case they also fled.

The Local Police initiated a persecution that resulted in several attacks of the vehicle pursued, which was finally abandoned and stolen another to continue the flight.

After several weeks of investigation, the civil guards managed to fix the residence of the suspects in Las Torres de Cotillas, where, after judicial authorization, the entry and registration of their domicile was made, in which computer equipment was seized (computers laptops and printers), electronic devices (mobile phones, DVD player, music equipment, televisions), large amount of stolen tools and four vehicles.
