The courses 2017-18 of the 'State Sport Las Torres' have concluded recently and as a culmination to the classes the students -mainly the youngest ones- participated last Thursday, June 28, an evening of fun in the swimming pools of the center .
"Among other activities, the users of these courses played in installed inflatables, which for a few hours turned the center into a water park", explains the Councilor for Physical Activity and Sports, Ginés Pérez, who attended this fun day.
"This swimming program, in addition to teaching the swimming techniques, works to improve the health of its students, creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in each class," says the mayor, who notes that 550 students from all the schools participate in these courses. ages, from babies of 6 months to people of 75 years.
"Since 2011 we have been working intensively in our swimming pools to help improve the quality of life of our students in swimming courses, through work in the water," they indicate from the center's address.
