And is that tomorrow, Saturday, December 1, the municipal events scheduled by the Department of Celebrations to celebrate these holidays in the town begin.
A program that has been presented today at the Torreño City Council by the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, and the councilor of Celebrations, Amalia Pérez.
The activities will start with the aperitif that will be the festival of music bands (20 hours) that will take place in the House of Culture 'Pedro Serna'.
Officially the festivities will begin on Wednesday 5 (18 hours) with the act of lighting Christmas lights in the Plaza Adolfo Suárez, which will be presented by Tony Blaya and in which the associations' Kimera 'and' Brodguay ', the academy' Víctor, collaborate Campos', the peña 'Rincón Pulpitero' and the rhythmic gymnastics club 'Las Torres'.

On Saturday, December 15 will be a day also full of activities.
At 6:00 pm mass of joy in the Church of Our Lady of Salceda sung by the rock 'L'Almazara', after which will proceed to the opening of the nativity scene of the rock.

One of the great novelties of Christmas Torrena this year will arrive on Saturday December 29 (18 hours) with the great family celebration of celebration of evening-New Year's Eve, which will also feature a fantasy costume contest.

In 2019 the activities will continue on Wednesday, January 2, with a large free children's playground in the Maestro Ángel Palazón esplanade, which will have morning hours (from 11 am to 2 pm) and afternoons (from 4 pm to 8 pm).
