The City of Las Torres de Cotillas has completed the construction of the new canteen of the municipal sports center, located in the upper part of these facilities next to the football field-11 and the tennis and skating rinks.
"It is a rectangular building with a useful area of ​​about 44 m2, which has public toilets for users of these facilities," explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata.
A project that has had a municipal investment of more than 61,000 euros and which seeks to improve the service to users and visitors of these sports facilities, the most popular in the municipality.
The tender of the service, in its final stretch
For its part, the bidding process for the operation of the canteen service has entered its final stage and ends tomorrow, February 6.
It is an administrative concession for 4 years whose deadline for submission of offers of 30 working days began on Saturday, December 22.
The bids submitted to this open procedure must have the economic, financial, technical and professional solvency required in the bidding rules.
"The fee that serves as the bidding base during the concession will be 2,154.57 euros per year, exempt from VAT," explains the mayor, who points out that this period has the possibility of extension.
