IES Salvador Sandoval of Las Torres de Cotillas has requested the Ministry of Education a new higher degree of professional training (FP) of the professional family of physical and sports activities.
"This is the physical conditioning, which would have a training of 2,000 hours over two years and would come to join the offer of the center in this area, since for three years he has been a senior technician in activities animation physical and sports (TAFAD) with very good results, "explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata.
This new training has been officially requested and therefore the general director of Vocational Training, Sergio López, went to the municipality to check in person the details of that request.
"He visited the different municipal sports facilities that TAFAD students use in their classes, as well as the center itself and met with its director, Jesús López," says the Councilor for Education, Pedro Cabrera, who accompanied him on his visit.
Many departures
The upper level of physical conditioning is intended for graduates in intermediate vocational training, who access access tests and also for students who finish their studies in high school.
"This degree has many professional opportunities, since its graduates can be coaches in multipurpose training rooms of gymnasiums or sports centers and aquatic facilities, promoters, coordinators or animators of fitness activities, personal trainers, aerobics monitors, step, indoor cycle, aquatic fitness and related activities, etc. ", says Cabrera.
