Sweets, storytelling and a gastrosport route, new proposals to celebrate March 8 (07/03/2019)

The program proposed by the Council of Equality of Las Torres de Cotillas to celebrate the International Day for Women's Rights and World Peace continues to offer numerous activities.

On Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 March, the municipal library located in the Pedro Serna House of Culture hosted several free coeducational storytelling sessions for boys and girls, given by the expert Miriam Oller, of Cultural Actions.

Also on the afternoon of Wednesday, in the cafeteria Mi recreo, the traditional tasting of homemade pastries organized by the Isabel González women's association took place, where its members went to work to cook the most varied recipes.

A delicious event that had about 80 participants, including the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, and the councilor of the area, María Dolores Sánchez.
