More than 5,000 users have voted during the month of February to choose the group that will take the stage of the second edition of the Decotilleo de Las Torres de Cotillas festival on April 13th.
Finally, the chosen one was Marula, who has added more than 30% of the votes (1,531) and who, in addition to playing his music live in this event, will receive a financial compensation of 200 euros.
"A total of 23 Murcia emerging groups were presented and the vote was made through the Facebook page of the festival," explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata.
A call that has been a great success, since they submitted their candidacy twice as many bands as last year.
For the entire family
The festival, which will open its doors at noon, is a bet of the Torreño City Council in collaboration with the Ventepijo festival and will feature a musical poster with a marked Murcian accent of all styles.
This appointment will once again offer a plan for the whole family, with live music and a party for all audiences until dawn, and the assistance will be free again.
Last year this day full of music, party and gastronomy, which was attended by about 1,000 people, offered more than 12 uninterrupted hours of pop, rock, indie, rap, electronic, miscegenation, black ... They will also repeat children's shows and the best gastronomic offer at very affordable prices.
