The road safety education campaign for the 2018/19 school year in Las Torres de Cotillas has already entered its practical phase, which nearly 900 students are cycling on the road park located at the municipal sports center.
After the theoretical part developed in their centers, the students are putting into practice what they have learned in a formative activity that also has an important playful part.
The participating centers are Valentín Buendía, Vista Alegre, Joaquín Cantero, Cervantes, San José, El Parque, Susarte, Divino Maestro and Monteazahar schools, as well as Salvador Sandoval and Florida IES.
This initiative is coordinated by the Department of Education and Police and Civil Protection, and it involves students of 5 years, 4 ° Primary, and 2 ° Secondary.
On March 27 (9:30 a.m.), the jury of the drawing competition will meet at the Civil Protection facilities - activity that has been resumed this year - and the next day will be the closing day at the municipal sports center, with the delivery of diplomas and an exhibition by those who have best assimilated these teachings.
