Next Saturday, October 26 (9:30 am) Las Torres de Cotillas will host the first day of the 2019/20 badminton interstelles tournament, organized by the Badminton Federation of the Region of Murcia (FEBAMUR).

This school sport event, in which the Department of Health and Sports collaborates, will take place in the Mireia Belmonte municipal pavilion.

Children from 8 to 14 years old compete in this championship, and the first two of each category (U-9, U-11, U-13 and U-15) will receive a medal and sports equipment.

Next to the torreña, the other venue of the tournament will be San Pedro del Pinatar, which will host the participants of the southern zone in the Prince of Asturias pavilion.

Both locations will also host the 2nd (November 23) and the 3rd day (February 15) of this regional championship, which has its final set for March 21 and in which the top ten classified in each area will participate.
