Tomorrow, Saturday, October 26 (9:00 p.m.), the works to the contest of the national amateur theater contest Juan Baño, organized by the Department of Culture of Las Torres de Cotillas and the amateur theater group Tejuba, will conclude.

It will be in the Pedro Serna House of Culture with the work 'Fubol', which will represent the company 'El curtain negro' of Navalcarnero (Madrid).

This work, which will have an entry of 3 euros, is a fresh and current comedy where five diverse and crazy characters show us in a humorous way the taboos of homosexuality in the world of football.

To conclude this contest, on Saturday, November 9 (9 pm) and with free admission the awards ceremony will be held.

An evening in which attendees can enjoy the representation of 'The Prodigious Shoemaker', which the Tejuba group will make out of competition.

Three works already

This appointment started last Saturday, October 5 with the staging of the play 'Women's Assembly' by the Caligae Teatro de Yecla.

A fun historical vision of the struggle of the sexes with which the Murcian group completes the Aristophonic trilogy after Lysistrata and Tesmoforias.

Great prizes

Like each edition, this contest will distribute succulent prizes that will be determined by the designated jury: 1,000 euros and a trophy for the best show;

200 euros and three times for the best actor and actress;

100 euros and trophy for the best address;

and 100 euros and three times for the best actress and supporting actor.
