Joaquín Contreras is "Huertano of the Year" Cotillas Towers.
This distinction was granted on Saturday June 25, within the celebration of the traditional "Tribute to Huertano" organized by the "Literary Association Towers".
First the procession, with various members of the Municipal Corporation and Mayor Domingo Coronado to his head made the offering of a laurel wreath at the foot of the "Monument to Huertano" which shows the clear agricultural vocation of the town.
