A new edition of the 'Tamborada Torreña' today filled the streets of Las Torres de Cotillas with a lively and festive sound on Saturday, April 8th, a party where attendees join each year for their love of this instrument.
The participants - even from other municipalities and neighboring regions - have gathered in the esplanade of the old Town Hall to begin this traditional event that serves as an aperitif to the Holy Week of the municipality.
After meeting at the meeting point, the drummers have covered a tour through the streets of the municipality playing the drum freely and have arrived at the municipal auditorium 'Juan Baño', where the 'Drum Festival' has been held.
There the organization has delivered among the attendees numerous gifts donated by the collaborating companies and in the rest has been drawn a drum and several lots also donated.
