The peña 'L'Almazara' Torreña enjoyed its 'XXXII Cultural Week' by all the high (02/08/2017)

The 'L'Almazara' rock of Las Torres de Cotillas celebrated the 32nd edition of its 'Cultural Week' in the esplanade Maestro Don Ángel Palazón of the municipality, with five evenings that had free assistance and performances of all colors.

The program began on Tuesday 25 July with the coronation of the new Madrinas de la Peña (Chari Fernández and Lucía Sandoval) and the appointment of the 'Honorary Member'.

A recognition that fell to Joaquín Ruiz, president of the Brotherhood of the Holy Woman Veronica, for his career and work carried out in the Holy Week of the municipality.

The evening also had the performances of the rock 'El Azahar' (Beniaján, Murcia) and the comedian and imitator Larry.

On Wednesday, July 26th, performances were given by the 'La Uva' from Bullas, from the music school of 'L'Almazara' directed by José Antonio Reina, a popular recital from the group 'Kimera' Who brought to this event light and colorful with their dances.

The traditional 'Festival of Children's Folklore' took place on Thursday, July 27 with the participation of the schools of the groups of choirs and dances of the rock 'El Moriche' (Los Dolores de Murcia), of the rock 'El Caliche' ( Los Garres, Murcia) and the own rock 'L'Almazara' Torrena.

The magician and comedian 'The Great Manley' closed the night, which delighted the audience.

Spanish song, flamenco and folkore

On Friday, July 28 was the turn of the Spanish and Flamenco Song Festival Francisco García García, in which participated the group of Cúllar (Granada) and María Dolores Meseguer, newly named as best European castanetologist.

The group 'Al relente' concluded the night, which made the public dance with their rumbas and sevillanas.

The program of this 'XXXII Cultural Week' of the rock 'L'Almazara' closed on Saturday July 29 with the 'National Folklore Show Joaquín Fernández Dólera'.

In it they acted the group of choirs and dances' Virgen de los Peligros' of the peña L'Artesa (Aljucer, Murcia), the folkloric group 'Villa de Alhama' (Alhama de Murcia) and the group of choirs and dances' Virgen de The Salceda '(The Cotillas Towers).

One night that was attended by representatives of the Federation of Peñas Huertanas and Paula Gómez, Queen of the Garden 2017, and their Ladies.
