40 users of the Youth Employment Operational Program (POEJ) launched in the City Hall of Cotillas Towers have already joined the labor market.
These data refer to the first half of its operation, since this tool for the labor insertion of young people enrolled in the National System of Youth Guarantee began in the municipality Torreño in January of this same year.
"Users of this program are created personalized itineraries that seek that goal, which are based on the planning, implementation, evaluation and monitoring of each person based on their interests, needs and profiles," said the Councilor for Employment, Angel González.
The action plan has had formative offers in different professional sectors, which have allowed the professional channeling of the beneficiaries of the program and their subsequent labor integration.
Likewise, coordination has been established both internally with municipal social services and externally with Secondary Education schools and with the different identities of the municipality.
"We also want to thank the involvement of various entrepreneurs in the area, whose commitment to this model of labor insertion has facilitated the work," says the mayor, who also wanted to highlight the work of the two supervisors who are in charge of the service And whose work they perform daily in the Town Hall Torreño in mornings schedule.
