The Media Legua, parish of Las Torres de Cotillas, starts tomorrow Tuesday October 3, its Patron Saint's Day 2017 in honor of San Francisco de Asís, which will have its epicenter on the stage located in Calle Mar Mediterráneo.

And it will do with the traditional act of putting paper, banners and drawings on the floor (21 hours) between all the neighbors, which will be enlivened with beer and free music.

The next day, Wednesday, October 4, at 9:30 pm, a pilgrimage will start from the Hermitage, the arrival of which is set in the North Sea.

For Thursday, October 5, two events are scheduled: on the one hand, children's games (17 hours) for children from 7 to 14 years;

and, on the other, a traditional refreshment for the neighbors (21 hours), enlivened with music and spectacle.

Two events are also planned for Friday 6th October: a football championship (19 hours) and an artistic evening (22 hours) with various performances, such as the group 'Azalea', the association 'Media Legua', the group of Mari Angeles and Irene and his guitar.

As a climax to the night a discomóvil will be the perfect excuse for who wants to extend the party until the wee hours of the morning.

Loaded weekend

Saturday October 7 will be a day with a program loaded with acts.

At 9 o'clock will start the 'VII Circuit of Bicicross', while already in the afternoon will arrive the expected parade of floats and comparsas (19 hours).

To close the day, the group 'Pedrá' will perform a great concert of tribute to the popular rock band 'Extremoduro' (23'30 hours) and at dawn will be offered a tasting of migas (2 hours).

The last holiday will be on Sunday, October 8th and activities will start very early.

A match of singles against married (9 hours) and a children's playground (10 hours) will be the morning offerings, while for latarde there will be a ribbon race (16 hours), a mass in honor of San Francisco de Asís (20 hours) and the popular procession (20'30 hours).

As a final point to the holidays the neighbors of La Legua Torreña will enjoy a large fireworks display (22 hours).
