The Guardia Civil clarifies a robbery with intimidation in a house where a point of sale of drug has been dismantled. Two people have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of robbery with violence and intimidation and two others, dwellers of the hous (05/10/2017)

The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, in the framework of the operation 'MULER', has arrested four people, two of them for alleged crime of robbery with violence and intimidation inside a building, located in the municipality of Las Torres de Cotillas, and the victims of the assault as alleged perpetrators of crime against public health, for drug trafficking.

An indoor greenhouse where 15 cannabis sativa plants and five kilos of marijuana buds have been seized are being dismantled in the domicile under investigation.

The investigation began when the Benemérita was alerted of a possible robbery with violence in a house of Las Torres de Cotillas, to which several individuals had agreed, armed, to seize valuables.

A patrol of the Corps moved to the place where they found to two people a marriage of Spanish nationality that presented different wounds, by blows in the head, reason why it was arranged its accompaniment until the Health Center of the Towers of Cotillas, where they were attended .

On his return from the medical center, the ocular inspection of the building began, to obtain indications that allowed the identification of the assailants: three men, of North African characteristics, two of whom according to declarations of the victims, had intimidated them with a short firearm and a razor.

The examination of the building made it possible to locate 15 plants of cannabis sativa in the attic of the house, as well as several glass containers containing five kilos of marijuana buds, ready for sale, all of which was seized.

In that act the couple were arrested a man and a woman, of Spanish nationality, aged 33 and 34 as alleged perpetrator of crime against public health, for drug trafficking.

The Civil Guard continued the investigations with the objective of locating and arresting the perpetrators of the robbery with violence, which allowed to focus the investigation on two young people, one of them neighbor of the locality and with antecedents by crimes of the same nature, that were profiled as the possible perpetrators of the home assault.

After obtaining all the necessary indications a police search device has been established that has culminated in the localization, arrest and subsequent judicial disposition of two men, 20 and 27 years old, of Moroccan and Spanish nationality, neighbors of Alcantarilla and of Torres de Cotillas as alleged perpetrators of theft of violence and intimidation.

The operation 'MULER' has culminated in the arrest of four people, two of whom are attributed the alleged perpetration of crime against public health, drug trafficking, and two others, the alleged perpetration of crime of robbery with violence and intimidation.

In addition, a drug retail outlet has been dismantled at a Las Torres de Cotillas home, the residence of the couple who was the victim of the assault, where 15 cannabis sativa plants and five kilos of marijuana buds have been seized.

The arrested, the drug and the effects seized, as well as the investigations have been made available to the Court of Instruction number 6 of Molina de Segura (Murcia), whose owner has ordered the arrest of two of those arrested, suspected perpetrators of theft with violence and intimidation.
