Since last Tuesday, January 2, the inhabitants of Las Torres de Cotillas no longer have to pay fees for the provision of urban transport service, home help and telecare.

"Our neighbors made a great sacrifice during the worst moments of the crisis and after completely eliminating the municipal debt in September we are now in a position to begin to reward that effort," says Mayor Isabel Zapata.

In addition, from today the Torreños also have other tax benefits, such as the 5% reduction in the tariff table for vehicles with mechanical traction, the 'seal of the car', with a 50% bonus for hybrid vehicles and 75% for electric vehicles or zero emissions.

"In addition, the terms of the special payment period can be extended to three installments in vehicles and the rates have also been lowered in other rates, such as garbage (5%), to which a bonus of another 5% can be added. if it is domiciled, "says Zapata.

Modifications in the IBI

In addition, the personalized payment system of the Property Tax (IBI) has also been modified.
