The "Sports Center Towers" this week celebrates the festival of Halloween with a range of activities as "terrifying".
And this center Cotillas Towers offers various master classes specially designed for this festival, which will disguise their monitors for the occasion and which invites its partners to pull of imagination and originality to also do the same.
So, on the afternoon of Monday October 28 (20 hours) on the esplanade in front of the center will give a master class outdoor Zumba while tomorrow, Tuesday October 29th will be the proposed bike.
On Wednesday October 30th (20'45 hours) all water with aqua master in the indoor pool and the next day, Thursday 31, and repeats a master of bike (10.45 hours).
Wide range
The "Sports Center Towers", in early June that held various activities to commemorate its second anniversary, is located in the Catholic Kings Avenue Cotillas Towers and has a multi-sport with weight rooms, cardio and bike, many activities aimed (like Pilates, intensitive, workout, or funky GAP) and two pools (one indoor and one outdoor, both totaling between four glasses).
The center also offers other services like public bath, swimming in the outdoor pool (with corresponding bonds), and swimming courses throughout the year taught by instructors and aimed at babies, pregnant women, children, adults, and older than 55 years.
