On the morning of Thursday 9 April was made in the City of Las Torres de Cotillas the poster for the "XX Route Mototurística for Life", in a ceremony which was chaired by Councillor for Sports, Ginés Pérez, and event coordinator, Casiano Navarro.
This event, to be held on Sunday April 19 for our region, will bring together more than 4,500 motorists on a journey that will not break his appointment Torreño.
This year this route pays tribute to retired bishop of Cartagena Javier Azagra, who died a few months ago and was a member of the association "All on Drugs" and participant in this proposal in its previous 18 editions.
"It's a great event, with lots of participation, which even form a convoy of more than 15 kilometers long and all for a very good reason: throw a message in favor of prevention and the fight against drugs," said the mayor Torreño.
Meanwhile, the organizers ensured a share of bikers from all over Spain, who will be assisted by the local police of the municipalities, eight pairs of Traffic Civil Guard and 100 bikers organization.
The bikers will depart from Murcia and go through Bacons Bridge, Monteagudo, Churra, Espinardo (where they will participate in a lunch), Guadalupe, Javalí Viejo, Las Torres de Cotillas, Alguazas, Ceuta, Lorquí, Archena (where a tribute was held at biker) , Yéchar, Mula and Cehegín (where the route will end with a fellowship meal).
