The athlete Torreño Antonio Sales got a new gold medal to add to his great record, this time in the championship master of the Region of Murcia, played last Saturday June 16 in Cartagena.
Sales, which defends the colors of the club 'Athletics Las Torres', was first in the 5,000 meter flat test in the M55 category (over 55 years) with a time of 19: 19.83.
"Antonio was also gold in the 10,000 meters of the regional championship of track veterans held a few months ago in Lorca," explains Councilor for Physical Activity and Sports, Ginés Pérez.
