Twelve years of the quality mark of the gossip towers have been completed: the "come and stay" logo. (22/08/2018)

The experts in marketing and visual communication say that, in order for a logo to be successful, impactful and a true reflection of what it symbolizes or represents, it must respond to the fundamental principle of design, the one that proclaims that "less is more", a synthesis, a simplicity that establishes as dogmas that must be legible, scalable -to any size-, reproducible, distinguishable and memorable -that is, that impresses and does not forget-.

To these canons responds with accuracy Las Torres de Cotillas logo, emblazoned with the slogan "Come and Stay", based on the accredited values ​​of reception, integration, attractiveness of people and investments, harmony and coexistence of a municipality in constant projection -, was designed just now twelve years ago by schoolchildren in our town, after a contest called for that purpose by the city in collaboration with the educational institutions of the population.

Since then, the logo is, never better said, the brand that defines the quality, good character and identity of Las Torres de Cotillas and its neighbors.

But mostly it is a hallmark of distinction that concentrates in its multicolored contours the emotional or sentimental ingredient of all of us that we are and we exercise every day of torreños and torreñas: unconditional love for our people.

Las Torres de Cotillas is many things, starting with its 21,341 neighbors, its neighborhoods, its six districts;

They are the tenacity and illusion of its inhabitants who set in motion this municipality, those who forge their character and those who mark their future, promising, with expectations of substance if we stick to the tenacious spirit, strong and enterprising of its people.

The torreños and torreñas have been and are protagonists of a history full of achievements, of progress of a locality that has grown incessantly in population and productive, economic, industrial, commercial, business, ...

The men and women of Las Torres de Cotillas know how to combine the most vitalistic, optimistic, innate attitude that, with nerve and heart, allows them to undertake the future with healthy perspectives.

The logo, for more than a decade, goes in that line.

It puts us in front of ourselves, it makes us see what we are, how we are and puts us before a tomorrow full of opportunities for everyone.

Opportunities in the business, social, cultural, ... Because a logo would be useless if it was not accompanied by a strategy and development plan that will trace the steps to take today and tomorrow.

With this challenge we must continue to consolidate the idea of ​​a leading municipality in many sectors of activity, the industrial one, for example.

We are before a logo that should appear in justice, accompany all those initiatives that project Las Torres de Cotillas throughout the national and world geography.

It is a logo that, present in countless physical and virtual supports, projects and great realities, is designed to be enjoyed by all, to make us see at all times and places that we are torreños and torreñas of soul and heart.
