The Culture Council of Las Torres de Cotillas and the municipal library 'Rosa Contreras' have organized the 'I Tournament of Table Games' of the town, aimed at young people from 12 to 18 years.
"It will be held in the library facilities every Friday in October from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, except for the 12th day it is a holiday," explains the mayor of the area, Pedro Cabrera, who points out that according to the results of the call they will be able to expand dates
This tournament, which will be directed by specialized monitors, proposes several games: 'Sherlock Holmes',' The Settlers of Catán ',' Black Stories', 'Tales of the Arabian Nights',' The Lord of the Rings', 'Game of Thrones' and 'The board game'.
The registration period, which is free, is already open in the library itself and places are limited.
"This initiative is part of the program to promote reading, which is carried out with municipal funds and has other activities, such as children's storytelling or the youth reading club," says Cabrera.
