Staff of the City of Las Torres de Cotillas participated yesterday Tuesday September 18 in the workshop 'Resolution of conflicts for the creation of a healthy work environment', held at the social center of Los Pulpites of Las Torres de Cotillas that is aimed at municipal staff .
"Taught by José Antonio Ruiz, this proposal addressed specific issues on conflict resolution, encouraging debate and practical activities, to share concerns and collect conclusions," explains the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, who indicates that the staff it was primarily the crafts and cleaning staff of the local council.
Organized by the Torreño Consistory in collaboration with the School of Training and Innovation of the Public Administration (EFIAP), the workshop counted with 5 teaching hours and free assistance.
This initiative, developed through the Bureau of Management Control, Quality, Training and Internal Communication, was included in the training program of the EFIAP for 2018.
This day was held with the aim of power and improve the training of municipal employees, key criteria in an excellent organization, being a priority of the City of Las Torres de Cotillas in the interests of continuous improvement of services provided to the public.
