Torreño City Council proposes these services externally in the municipal nursery, where there will be free transport by bus
The City of Las Torres de Cotillas has opened the deadline for students from the public schools 'Vista Alegre' and 'Valentín Buendía' can request the dining service.
This will be offered externally in the municipal nursery 'Virgen de la Salceda', to where schoolchildren will have a free bus that will include the tutoring of a monitor.
"In this way all schools in our town can offer this service to their students," says the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, who recalls that the public schools of Las Torres de Cotillas welcome into their classrooms about 2,200 schoolchildren.
In their own facilities
"In addition, we work so that in the near future these two schools have the dining room in their own facilities, as has happened with 'El Parque', which started with an external service and has already started it in its center from this course", says the Councilor for Education, Pedro Cabrera.
In this line of work, the mayor accompanied last September 11 to the general director of Educational Planning and Human Resources, Juana Mulero, the school 'Valentin Buendia'.
There they talked with teachers and with the director of the center, Carmen Alarcón, who told them firsthand about the need to install the dining room service in the school.
