Las Torres de Cotillas will turn one more year with the celebration of the 'International Day for the elimination of gender violence' (17/11/2018)

One more year the Department of Equality of Las Torres de Cotillas has prepared various activities and proposals to celebrate the 'International Day for the elimination of gender violence', a program that was presented at the City Council yesterday Friday November 16 by the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, and the councilor of the area, María Dolores Sánchez.

The first appointment will be a relaxation workshop, which will have two dates in the social center of Los Pulpites: Friday, November 23 (9:30 am) and Sunday, November 24 (10 hours).

Taught by the personal coach Esther Vidal, has limited places and registrations can be made in the Department of Equality until there are seats.

Attendees can learn and practice various forms of relaxation through inspirational music, visualizations and breathing exercises.

Forum and march
