The literary association Las Torres held on Thursday January 31 a new edition of Literary Thursdays, which on this occasion were entitled Lorquianos.
It was an evening with free admission in which the immortal Andalusian creator Federico García Lorca was honored with various stagings related to his work.
Thus, the members of the association read pieces by the poet and dramatist from Granada, the SottoVoce choir performed various songs and the Víctor Campos dance academy starred in several choreographies.
"In addition, the actors of the theater group Tejuba interpreted several scenes of the play 'La Zapatera prodigiosa', which for a few months have been incorporated into their repertoire," says the mayor, Isabel María Zapata, who participated in an evening in which also wanted to commemorate the birthday of the popular Torreño poet Salvador Sandoval.
