The neighborhood of Los Pulpites in Las Torres de Cotillas began Tuesday, August 13 with its patron celebrations in honor of Our Lady of Fatima, whose events are held in the garden next to the parish of La Asunción and in which the Department of Neighborhoods and districts.
The busy initial day started at night with the celebration of a bingo with many gifts and surprises, followed by a cold dinner and a mobile-disco.
"It was a fun night, with very good atmosphere and music, in which you could also enjoy the performance of the Broadguay dance group," explains the mayor of the area, María Ángeles Fernández Fernández, who attended the evening.
Today, Wednesday, August 14, the bingo (21 hours) will be repeated as an appetizer for the Night of the Blood Sausage (22 hours), in which the neighbors can taste this tasty sausage so typical of the region.
To conclude the day at 10:30 pm, a mobile disc is scheduled to give way to a refreshing foam party (00 hours).
End of parties
On Thursday, August 15, these celebrations will conclude with a program that will begin at 7:30 pm with a Mass in honor of Our Lady of Fatima in the parish of La Asunción.
At its conclusion the traditional procession will be celebrated through the streets of the neighborhood with the image of the patron saint, which will conclude with a large fireworks castle and a cold dinner of conviviality for all the neighbors.
