Christmas in Las Torres de Cotillas had its official starting gun on Saturday December 14 with the reading of the proclamation, which took place in the church of Our Lady of Salceda by the Superior Council of Brotherhoods.

"
An appointment that was enlivened by the performances of the ethnographic group 'Vergel de Murcia' and the group of actors of the local theater group 'Tejuba', the host and organizer of this event that celebrated its 20th edition.
"It was an endearing act, already traditional in our municipality, with which we wanted to honor the extensive work of the Cabildo", the Councilor for Culture, Antonio Contreras Martínez, who attended this act accompanied by several members of the municipal corporation.
