Tomorrow, Sunday, December 29, the municipality of Las Torres de Cotillas will wear their sportswear to show their more supportive side.
It will be with the 'I Quedada Solidaria San Silvestre', an activity for all audiences organized by the club 'Atletismo Las Torres' in collaboration with the Department of Health and Sports.
The grounds of the La Emisora ​​park will be the scene of various non-competitive races for participants of all ages, who must provide food as registration.
The appointment will begin with the collection of food (10 hours) for the benefit of the local association 'Solidarity Smiles', to give way to warm-up and career technique exercises (10'15 hours).
At that time of the morning there will also be an activity of initiation to the Nordic march, in which the Mountain Federation of the Region of Murcia will collaborate.
Already at 10'45 hours the shooting with the majors, the racing games with the minors and a Nordic march will begin.
In addition, to reinforce the character of the day of coexistence of this sporting event at its conclusion (around 12 hours) attendees can enjoy a free lunch with water and soft drinks, nuts and fruit.
