The Winter Conciliation School of Las Torres de Cotillas, organized by the Department of Equality for boys and girls from 3 to 12 years old, concluded last Friday, January 3.
Held at the 'Joaquín Cantero' school since December 23 and with eight school days, it was attended by 47 children who could enjoy from 7:30 to 14 hours of recreational and educational activities attending to their needs.
"In addition, one more year the special educational requirements of the integration students who have also participated have been covered," said Councilwoman María del Mar Ruiz Rosillo.
"The objective of this service, which always receives a large participation by students and their families, is to facilitate the reconciliation of work and personal life of the families of our municipality," explains the mayor.
This public service is co-financed by the City of Torreño, the Ministry of Women, Equality, LGTBI, Families and Social Policy (which contributes with a small grant funded at 80% from the European Social Fund) and with the contributions of the users from service.
