The Pedro Serna House of Culture of Las Torres de Cotillas enjoyed on Saturday, February 1, classical theater texts performed by the theater group of the university association Rector Sabater.
This appointment, proposed by the Department of Culture and with the title Of jealousy and horns ..., offered pieces by Miguel de Cervantes (The old jealous and the cave of Salamanca) and Federico García Lorca (The altarpiece of Don Cristóbal) adapted and directed by Manuel Ortín.
"Like all our activities for the first quarter of 2020, the entrance to these representations of the group of the University of Murcia had free admission," explains councilor Antonio Contreras Martínez, who highlights the quality of the interpretations of these amateur actors.
The next appointments will also be at the House of Culture, both days at 8:30 pm: on Friday, February 14, a recital of love and music poetry by Acultamar, and on Saturday 15 a theater session of the group of social center for the elderly, directed by Joaquín Cantero.
