| With hours from 8 to 20 hours, safety and hygiene measures must be followed, such as the minimum distance of two meters, hand hygiene and wearing face mask | The City Council of Las Torres de Cotillas has decreed since tomorrow, Thursday, May 14, the reopening of the municipal cemetery for which, in the context of the state of alarm that the country is experiencing due to the health crisis of COVID-19, a maximum capacity of 15 people at all times.
"The hours will be from 8 to 20 hours and the safety and hygiene measures established by the health authorities must be respected, such as maintaining a minimum safety distance of two meters, hand hygiene and the use of a respiratory mask" , explains the Councilor for City Maintenance and First Deputy Mayor, Marian Fernández Fernández.For this opening, the guidelines of Order SND / 399/2020, of May 9, will be followed for the relaxation of certain national restrictions, established in application of phase 1 of the plan for the transition to a new normality.
"As soon as it has been able to open in the necessary security conditions, we have done so because it is a place for spiritual recollection.
Our neighbors need to visit this meeting point with their loved ones who are no longer there," says Mayor Torreño, Joaquín Vela Fernandez.
