Petanque club "La Salceda" Cotillas Towers has declared regional champion Triplets and represent Murcia in the next Championship of Spain specialty.
Silvia Soriano, Dolores Garcia and Maria Isabel Forest formed the team that took on Sunday April 3 this title played in Mazarrón.
Torrena initially fell in the strongest group of the tournament after losing the first game were required to win.
They succeeded, and went to the playoffs with a performance to strength in the championship semifinals won in one of the local teams participating.
The final was no other color than team Cotillas Towers, as the players of "La Salceda" imposed by a convincing 13-0.
"Our players add a new regional title and have almost lost count, because it is a very successful club," said Councilman Physical Activity Sports, Ginés Pérez Iniesta, recalling that the national championship will be held from 20 to 22 May in El Ejido.
