The Department of Consumer Cotillas Towers is conducting a campaign in the municipality of adhesion to consumer arbitration system, which collaborates the "Trade Area Towers" (ACLT).

"We want all shops in the locality this service, this being a sign of quality for your company," said Councilwoman Inmaculada Fernandez, who explains that "consumer arbitration is a court procedure that allows resolving conflicts that arise between a consumer and a seller or user of a property owner. "

This service is free, fast, simple, impartial and voluntary, so that the member establishments can solve problems that you may encounter with consumers and users of its establishment more comfortably and with the support of the Department of Consumer Affairs.

"To enjoy this service should only filling in the form of adhesion to consumer arbitration, they are getting all trades with a letter in which it is explained how this campaign works," explains Francisco Juan Jimenez, president of ACLT.

In the "Pages Oranges"

All establishments that are attached to the Consumer Arbitration obtain an official badge, while they appear advertised free in the "Pages Consumer Oranges" regularly published by the Department of Consumer Affairs of the Region of Murcia.
