The students of the "Park" Las Torres de Cotillas contributed their bit to the NGO "Action Against Hunger" in a healthy and fun way: running.
And they did on Tuesday April 26 at the premises of the center itself, which hosted its "race against hunger".
A sporting event -the spirit of solidarity fund whose contributions are still abiertas- to the work of this NGO aid will go to Haiti.
In this race each child had a passport where it was pointing the back overlooking the track and each its sponsors, which should have sought amongst friends and family paid a certain amount and negotiated.
"It's a great way to unite two concepts and foster among our young people: the healthy practice of sport and solidarity with those most in need," explains Councillor for Education, Pedro Cabrera.
