Workers in the City of Las Torres de Cotillas participated in the morning of Tuesday 27 September in a short course on legislation, given by the secretary of the Consistory, Laura Martinez, and focused on two laws: 39/2015 of 1 October, Common Administrative Procedure Public Administration (LPAC);

and 40/2015 of 1 October, the Legal Regime of the Public Sector (LRJSP).

One of the main innovations of the LPAC is the regulation of eGovernment and the obligation of some subjects to interact electronically with public administrations.

For its part, the objectives of the LRJSP include that of our legal system to provide a comprehensive standard of the legal regime of the Public Administrations and regulate internal relations between administrations.
