The total investment of this system is nine million euros, financed entirely by the Ministry of Agriculture and Water.

The network includes the sewer and street Mula and the Juan Carlos I and Ferdinand and Isabella to collect rainwater from the streets adjacent to convey to the municipality's sewage treatment.

The purification Cotillas Towers capacity to treat 12,500 meters of water per day, equivalent to a population of 145,000 inhabitants, which means the recovery of up to four year hectometres that can be reused and which exceeds the clearance required by the European Union.
