The section of this corridor is about two kilometers and has three stages of access to it: a plot within the municipal shelter located in the urbanization "El Coto" and two outdoor access for all residents.

With a budget of 98,000 euros financed by an agreement between La Caixa and the General Directorate of Natural Heritage and Biodiversity of the regional government, these studies have led to the restatement of the main axis of the path, clearing rubble and debris, and clearing and movements required of land.

Furthermore, walls are installed, wooden railings, steps and two viewpoints, leading furniture and signage, and some species have been planted along the path.

In this line of enhancing the area as a natural enclave tourism Torreño City Council is finalizing the construction of a tourist lodge and a youth resource center is located next to the proposed eco-tourism route.

All this within a defined plot of 20,000 m2, which is designed to create an Adventure Park that will be available to users of that I-52.
