Whenever we heard that phrase of "jilt" we have understood as a synonym of disappointment and left us feeling negative.
For Sales Angel Martinez, a resident of Las Torres de Cotillas, popular saying that brings a smile to the face, especially after his garden has given 50 kilos of squash together in only two copies.
And the Angel's surprise was great when every day was watching as those two pumpkins were increasing in size dramatically.
And grow to weigh 25 kilos each.
That's nothing.
Angel has come to pamper them as they put even name.
"They are my 'Kernels'" he says.
And that does, luciéndolas throughout the city and taking them to light in conversations whenever he has occasion.
And no wonder.
Asked if any special treatment was applied, Angel says no.
"Just a lot of love. They even played music and spoke to grow strongly, but the process has been entirely organic.
