The Women's Center Towers Cotillas Tuesday hosted a talk on February 21 with free admission, with the title "Take care to care", was heading to the caregivers of dependent beneficiaries of the service of "Home-Telecare."

The objective of this proposal, attended the Councillor for Equality Torrena, Gloria Fernandez-was to inform and educate caregivers of people dependent upon self-esteem, relaxation techniques and skills required to meet their caregiving tasks.

Organized by the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS), in collaboration with the City of Las Torres de Cotillas and "Televida" (company providing the home telecare service in the municipality) will be repeated on Tuesday 28 February (17 hours ) on the same stage.
