On the afternoon of Thursday 31 May the Department of Sports Cotillas Towers held the closing ceremony of the 2011-12 municipal schools of general and rhythmic gymnastics.
The first one took place in the gymnasium of the sports center, with the assistance of the children who participated in this activity throughout the course.
The second was held in the Pavilion, which stands were overflowing with family and friends of the young gymnasts who staged an exhibition with ribbons, balls, ropes and clubs.
A young sportsmen Municipal School football will be the turn to say goodbye to the season on Saturday June 2 (11:30 hours) in the new Pavilion.
There the young apprentice footballer played a few games to the delight of family and friends attending the event.
In addition, the Department of Sports has two activities for Saturday, June 2: first, at 10:30 hours City Hall will host a badminton tournament, and, second, at 11 am the soccer field natural grass will host an exhibition of volleyball.
Archery and badminton
The first course was to dismiss the Municipal School of archery, whose students were delivered on Saturday May 26 diplomas in a ceremony attended by the Vice Mayor Torreño, Pedro Cabrera, and local councilors Sports, Ginés Pérez Iniesta, Equality, Gloria Fernandez, and Public Safety, José Pedro Noguera.
