The International University of the Sea (www.um.es / Unimar) presented on the morning of Wednesday June 6 at the City of Las Torres de Cotillas the course "Multidisciplinary Approach to Diagnosis and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder" , to be held in the municipality over the next 3 to 6 July. This presentation, held at the Plenary Hall of the Consistory Torreño, was chaired by the local mayor, Domingo Coronado, the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Development and Training University of Murcia, Fernando Martin, the director of the International University of Mar, Maria Carmen Martinez, and the director's own course, Jose Antonio Rabadan. "After estrenarnos last year with the Universidad del Mar, we hope to repeat success as the Las Torres de Cotillas was the course that received the most support of all taught, "said Coronado.
The course, which will have 25 hours, a maximum of 200 students and an enrollment of 80 euros, will be held at the Casa de la Cultura "Pedro Serna" and your enrollment period ends on 26 June.
Aimed specifically at college students and professionals in specialties such as medicine, Social Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Nursing and Teaching, may also attend any professional interested in the subject, family and general public.
Objectives
This course aims to equip each and every one of the specialties and professionals interested in ADHD, knowledge and methodologies needed to help children and adults with ADHD and their families.
The acquisition of such information, will allow intervention in all contexts in which these people operate (school, family, work), promoting their social integration.
In addition, according to the International University of the Sea participants in this course will add 2.5 elective credits or 1 more ECTS - CRAU.
