The Senior Home Cotillas Towers will host tomorrow, Tuesday October 9 (17 hours) of free assistance workshop on "Prevention of risks in the home", in which attendees will guidelines to improve safety at home, avoid small domestic accidents (eg, avoiding poisoning, burning or possible falls) and, if necessary, how to act if such accidents occur domestic.
Organized by "Televida" company providing home telecare service in the town, with the collaboration of the Home for the Elderly and Social Services Department, this proposal is aimed at the general population and especially to seniors and their families.
"It's important that our seniors know how to avoid the small risk of your home and this technical talk given by the mobile unit of home telecare service is very useful to raise awareness and achieve this goal," said Councilwoman Torrena Social Services, Fina Almela.
