Shiatsu Cotillas Towers against gender violence (22/11/2012)

The Center for Women Cotillas Towers-located in Constitution Park hosted locally on the afternoon of Wednesday November 21 shiatsu workshop, which featured free admission and participation of about 70 women.

Organized by the "Association of Women Isabel Gonzalez" in collaboration with the Department of Equality Torrena, this appointment was part of the program of activities prepared in the town to celebrate "World Day Against Gender Violence" (which falls on Sunday November 25).

Taught by school Murcia "Shiatsu Levante" (created in 1998), this workshop sought to publicize her students healthy lifestyle by developing body awareness and inner balance.

On the one hand, members of the "Association of Women Isabel Gonzalez" will visit the facilities of "Sports Center Towers" (11:30 pm) to enjoy a morning of sporting activity.

Some activities that began on Tuesday November 20 with the inauguration of the painting exhibition "Perspectives" by Carmen Maria Ortiz, who remains active in the local council until next November 30 and has free admission.

Ortiz has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Granada and is currently Professor of Secondary.

This program of activities was presented at the Meeting Room of City Hall on the day of the opening of the exhibition of paintings by Councillor Torrena area.

"I want to show our deepest rejection of such violence that unfortunately too many women suffer within our country and outside, and doing all express our support for them, transmitting them they are not alone, that society generally supports the support the government, although that reality shows us that even the measures being taken are not enough, "said Councillor Torrena Equality, Gloria Fernandez, who asked awareness.
