The IES n ° Cotillas Towers, located in the district of the municipality of Florida, continues its series of talks and lectures started at the beginning of the course and, in that context, was visited recently by Jose Manuel Casanova, professor of Secondary Education (ESO) and associate professor of the University of Murcia.
So, Casanova starred in a talk in which he told students of ESO 2nd Torreño center the importance of geographical space and historical time in the study of social sciences.
"Students followed with great attention a conference that stood out for its dynamism, its educational value and the high quality of the visuals and graphics used" note from the local high school.
In addition, students were able to participate actively in the discussion, asking and responding to questions raised by the rapporteur, a circumstance which made it much more enjoyable experience.
To conclude, Casanova booked a surprise with which got pocketing definitely students: a video of the rapper Nach entitled "A Thousand Lives", in which the singer raps about the history and the thousand lives that would have liked to live in every age of humanity.
