The City of Towers Cotillas approved service regulations of drinking water in the town which determines the relationship between the service provider and subscribers, establishing the rights and obligations of each party.
This document recently approved by Municipal Council of ordinary character, has been supervised by the technicians of the Department of Municipal Services.
"One of the main objectives is to avoid situations of helplessness of users, mostly in court cases to families at risk of social exclusion," the councilor of Municipal Services, Inmaculada Fernández, who notes that urgent actions and collected need that until now had been doing since the Torreño Department of Social Services.
"Another objective of this regulation is also possible fraud alert users, creating a situation of total transparency of service," says the mayor.
"Our goal is to give more confidence to users of water service, defending the rights of our neighbors who use this service which is of high quality in our town," said Fernandez.
