The City of Las Torres de Cotillas has recently promoted the use of two natural leisure areas of the municipality with the installation of wooden tables and benches for the enjoyment of the residents of the municipality.
These tools have been placed in popularly known as Park Station, next to City Hall "Mireia Belmonte" and in the vicinity of the Ermita del Coto.
"With this equipment we want to further encourage the use of these green areas as they can be used for example for family activities with children or to rest after walking or exercise for these lands," said Torrena Councillor for Environment, Inmaculada Fernández.
Recall that in both areas 1,000 pines were planted during last Christmas through the project "Tree Solidario", in which each tree planted Torreño Consistory 2 euros allocated to the local organization 'Caritas Parish' for their work with families of municipality.
"Now is a pleasure to go through these areas and see how these trees are slowly taking root, gaining strength and growing," says Fernandez.
