The cyclist Mark Mülenen Blaya (Valverde Team) won Sunday May 17th victory in the fourth and final stage of the "Tour Route IV Cadets to the Region of Murcia" competition organized by the Cycling Federation Murcia (FCRM) and held its last stage through the streets of Las Torres de Cotillas in this edition.
