The patron saint of Las Torres de Cotillas, the Virgen de la Salceda, is back on the night of Saturday, September 5 at the chapel of Coto after the celebration of the festivity of the municipality 2015.
A celebration that concluded on Sunday August 30 with the traditional burning of Raspajo and have now lived his epilogue to this popular pilgrimage which started from the Church of Our Lady of Salceda.
As a preamble, the head priest of the temple, Ismael Sanchez has officiated a Mass, after which the faithful were accompanied on a pilgrimage to the image of the Virgin through the streets of the town.
The hundreds of torreños, accompanied by a band that has gladdened with their songs to the party, have led to the Salceda his usual abode.
A parade that has had as every year with hundreds of participants and rocket fire on one side announced the end of the celebrations and other goodbye to the employer.
"With this pilgrimage we put an end to these parties, of which we are proud and we have had events for everyone," said Councilman Celebration Torrena, Amalia Perez, who also participated in the pilgrimage.
