The "Carmen Montero Medina" and the City of Las Torres de Cotillas Foundation have reconvened the "International Poetry Competition" of that entity, which this year celebrates its seventh edition.

This event provides a unique prize of 800 euros to the winning entry, which can choose over 18 years of any nationality to submit their works.

With free theme, they must be original and stand-written in Castilian before February 7.

The event was presented today Friday, January 22 by the councilman of Culture Torrena, Maria Isabel Zapata, and the director of "Carmen Montero Medina Foundation", Maria Angeles Moragues.
